The themes that both I and the incredible hosts on & the Table choose each month are more than just conversation starters - they’re doorways into our world. They reflect the current questions we’re sitting with and ensure that every woman arrives with purpose and curiosity, not just a seat at the table.
They allow us - women who are meeting for the first time - to gather around a table and already know: this is what we came here to talk about.
So, here are the Official Table & Community Table themes we’ve got coming up at our Tables (all over the world) that you can request today & I just can’t stop thinking about:
First, our Community Tables.
So, if you’re new here and wondering - What in hells name is the difference between Official Tables and Community Tables?
Official Tables are hosted by our curated group of approved Hosts, in their home.
Community Tables? Those are powered by you - the women in our community. They always take place outside the home, in restaurants, cafés, cozy wine bars… you get the idea. We’ve already built the ship - now we’re handing you the wheel. (Weird analogy, I know — but stay with me.)
You can take what we’ve built, set up your own Community Table anywhere in the world, get an event page to share, and use our “request system” to curate the kind of women you want to connect with - today, next week, whenever feels right.
Here are just a few connective Community Table themes I’m loving lately:
1. Manifesting Meaningful Conversation - Miami, FL
Hosted by Natalie, this theme is all about growth, connection, where we are and where we’re headed. Whether you’re shifting careers, exploring new relationships, or simply figuring out what this next chapter looks like - let’s support each other through it.
2. Vancouver Calling - Vancouver, Canada
Shell wants to bring women around a table to speak all about life in this city. What’s the best part about life in Vancouver? Have you been there forever, or did you move and never look back? She would love to connect with some great women - not just to hear about your experiences (the great as well as the not so great), but to hopefully meet some lovely women and begin to build my community.
3. New Friend Energy - Richmond, VA
Hosted by McKenzie, this table is for women who are looking for more connection in our lives... but how does someone go from a friendly to real friendship? Why does making friends feel like dating? How are we getting past small talk and getting into meaningful connection? Over wine and cheese, we'll talk about the magic (and mess) of building real bonds.
Now, to our Official Tables.
Done by our Official Hosts. More often than not, within their home, welcoming you women to a delicious meal and conversation
1. Three Years from Now – London
Hosted by Olivia, this table asks: What if I told you that 3 years from now, you will have everything you want in life. Would you feel less stressed about getting there? Can you visualise a clear plan of how you would achieve your goals? We feel so much pressure to do everything now - we forget that everything takes time. Let’s slow down for an evening and imagine our lives three years from now.
2. Small Peace – Amsterdam
This gathering is an opportunity to speak through the moments that often go unnoticed but quietly shape how we live and connect with others. Amber invites you to a beautiful table on Small Peace - the tiny, tender moments that bring calm and grounding to our lives & relationships.
3. Taking Risks – Edinburgh
Carinne hosts this bold gathering, inviting stories of stepping into the unknown as an adult - from quitting jobs to moving cities to speaking hard truths. If you’ve been sitting on an “I kinda want to…” idea, this is your night to talk it out and find courage in the company.
4. Skin - Amsterdam
At this table hosted by Martine, it is all about Skin. Skin is the largest organ we have. Yet somehow, when it doesn’t 'cooperate', it can make us feel unbearably small. At this table, we’ll open space for the raw, unfiltered reality of living with a skin that feels like it’s always speaking louder than we are. Whether you’re living with acne, eczema, scarring, pigmentation, or any other skin story that’s taken up more space than it should, you’re welcome here. This is a space for those who know how all-consuming it can be. To be seen, really seen, without judgment. To speak freely about the grief, the frustration, the isolation, and the longing for softness. With yourself and with others.
5. Spring Clearing – Amsterdam
Hosted by Chrissy - this table is all about out with the old and in with the new! It’s for women who are at the beginning of a new chapter and are embracing the lightness and optimism in the air of Spring. It's not just spring cleaning - it's spring clearing. We will discuss closing doors that are not meant for us, to make room to call in the energy that is, and trusting our intuition that we've made the right decisions.
6. Redefining Partnerships
Whether navigating modern dating apps, choosing conscious single-hood, reimagining marriage, or creating alternative relationship structures, this dinner hosted by Sarah explores how women are writing new scripts for romantic connections that honor autonomy and authentic desire.
7. Mothers & Daughters – Amsterdam
Our relationship with our mothers is one of the most profound and defining bonds we experience. It holds both beauty and difficulty - love and longing, understanding and tension, closeness and distance. No matter its shape, this relationship influences the way we love, the way we see ourselves, and the way we move through the world as women. Tonight, Beyza invites you to gather around her table and reflect: How has your relationship with your mother shaped the woman you are today?
8. Big Decisions – Barcelona
When we are little, many of us dream of growing up and becoming adults, just so we can do whatever we want to do with our lives. But as you grow, you realize that along the way there are many big decisions we need to make. Whether it is choosing what to study, who you surround yourself with (partner and friends), what city you’re moving to, starting a new project, among other things. Big decisions shape the course of our lives in subtle and abrupt ways. Hosted by Natalia - this dinner is to celebrate, talk, reflect, and connect on all those big decisions. The hard ones, the easy ones, the good ones, the bad ones, the ones we already took, and the ones that are about to come.
9. Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone – Stockholm
What if we truly allowed ourselves to follow our dreams? To step into the unknown, embrace the uncertainty, and trust the process? Our first table ever (!!) hosted in Stockholm by Johanna is there to discuss stepping outside of your comfort zone. She wanted to discuss being better at celebrating the small victories in life when we make radical changes or do something new and daring to chase what feels right. This table will be to discuss the trust we have within ourselves that even when the path isn’t clear, we’re still moving forward.

10. Dreams, Mondrian - Berlin
This brunch, hosted by Allison, is about allowing ourselves to express everything we dream of achieving, to nurture those visions. In the words of Allison; For a long time, I kept my dreams to myself—afraid that voicing them without a set plan would make me seem unrealistic, not to be taken seriously. By not saying them out loud, I wasn’t just protecting myself from judgment; I was also giving them less space to exist. But something shifted when I started voicing them, even the unrealistic ones. I realized that naming dreams is the first step to making them real.

11. Are we Friends? – Amsterdam
Hosted by Me (Sam), this theme brings together women to have open and honest conversations about friendship and how it changes throughout our lives. The confusing twists and turns, and how we manage all of that in our evolving lives.

We always say the themes are the pulse of & the Table. They’re the invitation - the starting point for you women to sit down, connect and remember you’re not alone.
If any of these speak to you, trust that nudge. There’s a seat waiting for you.
